Looking for a girlfriend!

Made you look! We'll it's not for me. It's actually for my madarin goby. I have a full fledged male and he flashes around my 120gallon all day. I've been googling pictures of females and I know not to try to get one under 3 inches (My guy is at least 4-5). I still have a problem with determining how long the females dorsal fin should be. If anyone could provide a better picture of a female vs male or some better insight I would greatly appreciate it.

Hard to see the female's non spiked fin but you can definitely see the male's:
