Looking for a good pump for sump

I have a 135 gallon tank and I am looking for a good, reliable, quiet return pump for my sump. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Internal or External?

If external I recommend pan world or velocity.

Internal. Mags are ok but they give off alot of heat.

For an internal pump I'd go with the Eheim 1250 or 1260.

Depends on how much flow you want. I really like the Sequence Reeflo pumps. The Dart is a great pump but if you want serious flow look at the Barracuda. If the Dart is too much flow, look at the Snapper.

The Reeflo pumps are physically larger than some pumps but they are quiet, powerful, and reliable with a 3 year warranty and great customer service from Reeflo.

If internal, I would say an Ocean Runner. I have been very happy w/ my 3500 so far. I have had it running just over 2 months now.
As far as an Eheim, if you don't mind spending the $, I have heard NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS, other than the price.
