Looking for a graphic designer and CPA

Does anyone know a graphic designer that's:
1. Not a flake
2. Creative and can take the lead on a project instead of needing my input for every detail
3. ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES

I'm re-branding my company so I need new business cards, flyers, Real Estate banners and Open House signs.

I'm also looking for a CPA to consult with regarding swapping my company from sole prop. to LLC. I plan on taking on investors on my fix/flip projects so knowledge in Real Estate activities is a big plus.

Any info is appreciated.

i can do the gfx desig - pm me with details or lets exchange info and we can talk more about it- i can do EVERYTHING illustrator photoshop after effects for youtube intros etc etc can also make print ready designs for tshirts and other hard copy marketing materials
