I set up a 34 gallon cube and have some small pieces of rock, but need 1 or 2 bigger pieces.

Anyone have a couple pieces locally in the OKC area I can buy? Let me know how much and where at please. Just shoot me a PM.

Thanks in advance.

Wow first post since you joined in 2004! Welcome to COMAS. Hopefully someone will have a few pounds availabe for you.

I like to read a lot. Also, being in the Navy I have been deployed several times since then.

I moved to this area from Washington State and now I am setting up a tank.

Thanks for the welcome.

well all can say is Welcome and please check out the club! Jan is the membership drive and there will be tons of really nice door prizes. it gets you access to the club equipment, library "since you love to read!", door prizes at every meeting, and frag program. Who doesnt love free frags? The club has been a huge help for me many times, including a tank move and help planning the build on my current 150. I have learned more from this club ands its great members than i did in 6 years on my own and reading on line. Give us some specs on that tank! I assume you are at Tinker, feel free to hit me up anytime if you need help or want to come over to look at my tanks. Again Welcome!

Chris

Well, I picked up a Red Sea Max 130 from danielbui23. Right now it is all stock with PC lighting and Red Sea Skimmer. I ordered the upgraded surface skimmer and would like to swap out the protein skimmer. Will eventually add the media rack, but doing a little at a time and enjoying being back in the hobby.

Thats a neat tank! I love DIY stuff let me know if your ever interested in going with a retro fit with upgraded lights like t5 or LEDs.

I have a few pounds left over from the group buy we did a while back. How much are you needing?

I have some pieces as well if need be. My brother has a Red Sea Max too. I hope the newer skimmer works better.

Edit: I also have (2) 5 gallon buckets full of smaller pieces/rubble if you or anyone else wants some extra filtration. You could stuff some filter bags with rubble and drop them on that media rack in the back.

I could use a couple pieces just to use as a base for the aquascape. I have some small pieces that I can use on top of it.

I would like to get some of that rubble too, I want to remove the stock filtration and use all live rock.

Just let me know how much you need for it.

I tried to PM both of you guys, but I can't send PMs until I get 10 posts, lol.

You can send me an email via my contact info on the details if you want.
