looking for a nanocube or aquapod

Hi, my name is Sheri. I am a friend of Chris's (cmc0814) and also Brook's (OUBrook) sister. I am looking to set up a nanocube or an aquapod as my first personal saltwater tank. Anyone have one they want to get rid of? Used is fine with me. I want to get a couple of clarkii and whatever else strikes me. :) I am tired of Brook and Chris getting all of the glory for their saltwater adventures! If anyone can help me out getting started, I'd really appreciate it! Freshwater swords, Endlers and other dull fish have definately gotten boring! I plan on being at the meeting Saturday also.

Thanks!
-Sheri

If you can't find a used one I would recommend checking out either ART a local fish store and if they don't have any at the time then drsfostersmith.com has them at a nice price. Just a recommendation I have the aquapod and like it a lot.

go a little bigger. It'll be easier to keep your water quality, plus you won't necessarily have to stop with the clowns. I started with a 45gal and it's lasted me a couple of years.

Some places may not allow for larger aquariums or in my case I only had room for this 12 gallon in my office. Anything bigger and I would have to find some large furniture to sit it on. Besides I don't think it's that hard to keep the water quality up on this little tank and I am by no means the best reef keeper.

i may be getting rid of my aquapod ( 24 gal) it already has pc lighitng and is doing well, i have a sandsifting goby, live rock/sand/corals and a lone domino damsel!! im not 100% right now, im trying to get my 180 going so im neglecting it. i also have a 105/29/and 20 i may be willing to sell. what are you wanting to spend? i may be able to throw a whole set up together for you, fish, corals, and live rock. let me know!

I practically live at Wet Pets. ;) I am just not ready to fork over $230 for an empty tank. I was looking for a 24 gallon, but it is whatever I can afford. The space issue talked about above is a big factor in my deciding to go nano. Since Brook and I are putting together a 40g for our mom for Christmas, I don't have as much cash as I'd like. I'd just have to see what I can pull together when.

Here you go, Sounds like a pretty good deal......
