Looking for a REALLY BIG tank...

Well, not me, but... I work in the building industry. I had a contractor over to my home about 2 months ago, and he saw my 300 gallon acrylic system which is being buffed out currently...

After a long conversation, he asked how much I wanted for it, And picking him up off the floor (since we all know that the tank is the item that costs the least, if I sold the tank I want to sell all the equipt I'll never need anyway...)

Anyhow, He asked if I'd keep my ears open. And after he left, I promptly went back to my "in a bubble existance".


Today he called. Asked if I'd heard anything... So....

Anyone know of or want to sell a 180-+++ gallon aquarium to a freshwater wanna be... please drop me phone # pm, and I'll get you in touch... He seems interested ONLY in freshwater - aboslutly NO interest in Saltwater Parifanilia.

Being a contractor, he has a truck.

Not sure if Naperville is to far. He has already come down $300, I'm sure the more it sits the more antsy he will want to move it and may cut a better deal.

There is a 300g in Racine (craigs list ad).

I am keeping an eye out for a 210g. (upgrade our 125g)

I guess he's adement on big... I think he just wants to say hes got one bigger that me.... I'm running (buffing) a 300 gallon acrylic, that is 32W x 23D x 8' long... penninsula style tank...

if anyone has one this size or larger, pm me. Johns... I tanked to him about yours. Sorry man.... bigger...
