Looking for a roommate! Pocket/ Greenhaven

I am a student at Sac State and a fellow hobbyist! I need a roommate, male or female to share a 3 bed/ 2 1/2 bath townhouse. The master bedroom with private bathroom is available for 650. There is covered parking, brand new central heat/ ac as well as new dual pane windows and doors. There is a lot more that I don't have time to list (at work) but I have pictures and a more detailed description at home if anyone is interested. This is in the pocket/ greenhaven area. I can see it too! Dude I only put the tang in for a few minutes while I aquascaped....I didn't give you ich! "The plumbing was fine at my old house..." haha

If i keep working like i have been (12+ hours per day), my wife is going to leave me and i'll need a roommate. I'll keep you posted.
