Ted, I do not know of any acrylic shops in the Nature Coast area. You may want to look on the TampaBay forum for ChecknHawk. Chris is a cutom plastics & acrylic fabricator. He even made is own version of an OM 4way. He is a real nice and helpful person. He may be able to point you in the right direction or even help out a bit with your external overflow.
