I've got one "on order" at SWSW, but it's taking a little while. Anyone know of any other good local sources? I'm nervous about buying online since I don't get to see the fish eat etc before I buy it...

fridmani pseudochromis for you scientific name folks.

If SWSW can not get it right away you can order it from Live aquaria (foster and smith) as they are also very reputable and guarantee for 30 days or so.

i hate to say it, i got one a while back from the pet(we kill lots of fish)co out on the east side and the thing was very healthy and lived a long time. cause of death was a jump between the gap in my screen. but once in awhile you get lucky looking around town. I support my lfs and will continue to do so, but sometimes you gata look around. also a trip to phx could get you one, and it may even be cheaper with gas then shipping one depending on what you drive.
