Anyone have any broken Jebao pumps especially WP-40. I am interested in any and all WP's and RW's? Willing to buy them price depends on what is broke or what pieces you have.

Guessing it is the motor but not sure would have to swap out various parts with ones I know are good to confirm the bad part. As for why I have no clue. I have assisted MARS with numerous group buys and of the ~15K Dollars in Jebao that I have seen distributed around Sacramento I personally have known about 8 or so WP-40s that failed in the pump and 1 power supply. As far as I am aware I have only had 1 RW fail and 1 doser that was bad on delivery. I personally have had great luck with both the DC-pumps and powerheads been using them for well over a year maybe two years on the WP-40s and I have had no issues.
I want to pull a couple of the actual motors apart and see if i can figure out what the issue is or has been.
Not sure what would cause it to be intermittent. My guesses would be #1 dirty impeller shaft. #2 a bad connection somerwhere or motor going bad.

Sadly not much. Shipping costs so much I don't think it would be worth it to ship it out to me. Unless you just want to pretty much get rid of it. If you know exactly what is wrong with it Ill see if I can get a hold of the parts and ship them out to you.

I had 1 of my 2 wp40 quit and 1 of 2 wp25 quit. I ordered new impellers but that didn't fix them. They lasted a little over a year so not bad for the price. I would imagine they aren't worth the price of shipping

I have a DC12000 return that stopped working on me after a year in service. Haven't figured out what's wrong with it yet.

I am going to try to order parts for them. Where do you live? I can let you know how much it would cost to ship them if I can order parts.
As of right now only looking for broken one to tear apart and try to fix. Or possible order parts to fix for the MARS group.
My best guess #1 the power supply those origional power supplies did go out on occasion if they got hot and the pumps were always ran at MAX flow. I know about a year into making them they started selling the DC pumps with a different power supply. Let me know if you want to swap parts to figure out what is wrong with it. I have a brand new complete DC-12000 at home.

Strange, no idea what happened to my pumps. How do open it up to see what failed?

As far as I know you cant open them up to fix them because you cant re-seal them when you put them back together. I still want to pull them apart to see how they failed.
