Looking for Chaeto to start a HOB Fuge

Im starting to think about adding a fuge to my 20 gallon system. With the stand I have my tank on I dont have any room underneath to do a sump style fuge so I was thinking of modding an aquaclear filter that I have and making a HOB one. If anyone has any chaeto algae, a small amount they can spare or sell in the nearby wilkesbarre scranton area just pm me. Or if you have any advice or tips on on the project as a whole, that would be greatly appreciated.
