Looking for DIY parts

I am feeling a little crafty and bored. So i think i am going to try to make some frag plugs. Do anyone have any portland cement and sand????? Don't feel like buying a whole bag of each and not use it. Would also like to make a mold for my clams to sit in-- tired of them releasing their rock and attaching to the bottom of the tank. Thanks in advance.

I have some old used southdown sand lying around (that's what I use for plugs) and some white portland cement somewhere. I'll see if I can hunt it down today (or soon).
