Looks like a sick leopard wrasse.

I'd say it's a Halichoeres nebulosus a.k.a. picture wrasse.

Thanks all for the help. I'm thinking it does look like the Hardwick's (6 bar) wrasse, which coupled with my suddenly missing yuma's means he's outa there, wonder what the LFS will trade me for him.....
