Looking for information on GOOD Chillers

I have a 10 year old chiller, and it's time for a new one. I have a 90 gallon reef, I think I want a 1/4 HP, although I'm sure a 1/5 or 1/6 HP would do the job. I'm looking at a Pacific Coast CL-650, a Prime USA 1/4HP, and a Arctica 1/5 HP. Anyone have any experiences? Features that are important ....quiet, drop temp fast, the higher the max flow the better, long lasting, flow through not drop in. Thoughts?
