Looking for instructions for bin treating PO4 /dead rock with Lanthanum chloride

Hi,
I have 200lbs of rock that has been stored in a garage for about 2 years after being in a reef for 10+years. I would like to clean it up, cure it, then use in my current sump. Being wary of phosphate leaching, I'm looking for a link or instructions on step-by-step Lanthanum chloride treating in buckets. I've found hundreds of pages on in-tank treatment, but not detail on barrel treatment. If you can share a link, I'd appreciate it.

I've not started, so no test. but I'm pretty sure it would be candidate for leaching as the rock was well used (10+ years) in my previous setup. Thanks for the link.

assumptions ;)
I've been using the same rock for 15+ years now as I just keep moving it from tank to tank or tank to garage,etc...
Phosphate was not an issue because I never had phosphate problems while the systems were running..

I've always had high phosphates... so, likely a safe assumption/precaution. Plus, when I pulled these rocks, 2 years ago, they were covered in lobophora
and palythoa. Ultimately, since it's being used in the sump, I'm looking to replace filter socks and sponge, not add anything detrimental. I've decided to go with a long soaking in vinegar, then a week in bleach, then a couple week circulated in fresh RO.
