Hey all,
I've decided to upgrade to a large acrylic tank for various reasons. Is anyone selling a large acrylic tank locally, preferably between 90 and 180 gallons? It needs to be acrylic because there is a high likelihood I will move it within the next couple of years. I recently moved to a new apartment, but when I graduate I will probably move again. Large glass tanks are such a PIA to move! Also, I would probably drill it as a closed loop and I do not feel comfortable doing so with glass.
If I can find one, I will try to sell my current tank if anyone is interested. It is a 70 gallon Oceanic Tech tank (36"x18"x25") with Tech stand. It is a wonderful tank: has a Starphire front panel, very well put together thick glass with black silicone seams, drilled w/ overflow. The stand is also quite nice - very accessible with glass doors. It is the best tank I've had sofar, but it doesn't quite suit my needs anymore. Not quite sure how much I'd sell it for, going to determine that once I have a replacement in hand. Maybe someone would be interested in trading:rollface:
