Looking for a large set of tongs or a grabbing device as the work I do I come in contact with a lot of grease oil and other bad things for a tank that I don't know how well they wash off completely I'd like to be able to keep my hands dry I have a 155 so it's around 25-30 inches to the bottom any help would be appreciated thank you

Oh and I'd prefer to just be able to go out and buy it locally so I don't have to pay shipping or over order to get free shipping and if I'm not mistakes abc only has shorter ones then I'm looking for I hav t been there in a month so I may be wrong

A quick Google suggests that 24"-27" the typical size range. I wouldn't bother looking for longer ones. I would just get them and a pair of gloves.

Someone makes shoulder length gloves for tank use. I would grab them so that I could get to most areas of the tank with my fingers.

Yea I'm an aircraft mechanic so I get all kinds of non-Eco friendly stuff ill have to check out the glove options I just got an email from marine depot with them on sale

I was just coming back to mention the MD sale.

Purple nitrile exam gloves, long sleeve . (used for chemo) cheap and great for other things such as dishes wrench turning and other heavy duty uses. They wont tear on live rock either.

harbor freight (i know... 90% of the stuff is crap) sells gloves that seem to be identical to the coralife gloves besides the color. They were 5.99 on sale on Tuesday. I know they are having some sort of big memorial day sale because they had a bunch of signs up. Maybe they are even cheaper now. Don't forget to bring a coupon for an extra 20% off. They mail them and they are in several magazines.

There's an aquatic gardening device they sell at the big box pet stores for around $8 it has a scissor tip and a grabber tip. I tried to upload a pic but the server is full. I have a 120g 24" deep and I stay dry when using them. They are are plastic too.
