Looking for LED chips

Anyone locally have any 3 watt LED chips? Looking for the white, blue and red mainly but also maybe green as well. Thinking about playing with a DIY set up. Let me know what you have and what you want for them.

I know I can order them online but thought I would give this a try first.

I disassembled an old PFO Solaris unit and have 4 heat sinks that have 5 printed circuit boards on them. Each PCB holds 5 LED chips on two circuits. I will be looking for drivers as well.
