I'd be happy to join in on that as well. But as Crimthann mentioned - does anyone know whether 20 day old mysis will survive and reproduce, or are they just meant to be eaten immediately...
I was doing research after seeing this topic (specifically look for an article read a long time ago about how it's hard to raise mysid on you own because they are cannibals) and I stumbled upon this site. Maybe it will help shed more light on the subject:
Yah I was reading that too.. Realistically I'm not looking to become a mysid shrimp farmer with an elaborate setup. I mostly just want to dump a bunch in my refuge & pick them out and feed em to my fish every once and a while. Hopefully some will get sucked up my pump and into my display tank. If they breed they breed, if they don't then they don't. Either way I'm sure my fish will be happy.
