Like the title says, I am looking for NON-photosynthetic corals and sponges.

I have orange tubastrea and am about to order black, but would love some yellow.

I am also looking for nicely colored sponges and nice NPS Gorgonians and fans, spiral wire corals strawberry anemone's etc.

I am not sure if you are ever out this far west on the island, but Total Aquarium in Lynbrook on Sunrise Highway has a few tubastrea, not sure if they are orange or yellow as I have never seen them open lol.

For sponges they have an "Australian Spiderman" sponge which is orange with white webbing on it. I have seen the polyps from the white webbing and they look cool. Its about 8-10 inches tall and maybe spans 6 inches across. They also carry purple sponges, and maybe a blue, though it could have been the purple with a different light on it.

Not sure if this is considered yellow or orange. I'm growing tired of manually feeding it, but I do love it when it opens!

Ive been bouncing that idea around for a while now, and my main concern is the spread on them. They can reach to 10-12 inches when fully grown. In a 40 gallon, that would put a lot in their path of sting. Im still not discounting them, but I am studying my flow patterns and rock work to get an idea of where they could go. I also want this tank to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible, my last one ended up looking like a bunch of stuff thrown together.
