Would it be possible to get a pic of it in better light? Between the shadow and the bubble algae it's hard to get a good enough look at it to ID

Looks like a keyhole limpet to me as well but its hard to tell from the pic. If the black mantle (soft tissue) extends over most of the shell, than you have a keyhole limpet for sure.
