Looking for some cheap frags/fish

My wife is having twin girls soon and I'm looking to get some corals and fish in there to establish as a full tank. I like all kind of stuff, Kenya, xenia, gsp, zoa. Mushrooms. All kings of stuff.

I want the girls to be able to enjoy the movement while In Their swings
