Looking for someone to build a stand

I am looking for someone that is a little more handier than I am when it comes to building things. If anyone knows anyone that would be willing to build a stand for me and would like to make some money let me know. I am wanting to build a stand that is similar to what you see with the Elos tanks.

well I dont have the tank yet, but it is probably going to be a 36Lx24W tank
