why not build your own sump?

I have a 40 breeder for sale $20-

Get some baffles cut for for 15-20 more and tube of silicone and you have a nice sized sump for less than $60

My suggestion would be go bigger if he can. 180 gallon with a 55 even larger will help you immensely in the long run. Some of the best tanks I have seen have had sumps 2-3 times the actual yank size.
