I have two 36" strips. Each one uses two 18" bulbs, and has a seperate starter for each bulb. I see one starter missing, but all 4 bulbs are there.
I have not plugged them in to test, but I don't think I'd have kept them unless they were in working order when I put them away.
They're yours if you want them.

might be able to get you two 36" twin tube no florecent lights but im going on vacation so if you still want when i get back on the 24th ill pm you. theres two bulbs per fixture making it 4 total accross the 72"
