looking for Zoa's

I have recently seen many colorful frags at most of the LFS's in the springs and also in Denver at Keys. Most have been around $20 or less.
 
I've got some really nice ones from keys in denver, I got the eagle eyes which are orange with blue centers last time I was up there. The rest of em were from exotic tropics in CS.
 
well i went to fishy business yesterday and was very disappointed with the customer service and the health of the livestock. I dont want to call them down im just saying im probably not going to be shoping there again.
 
That's funny. It all looked fine to me. They had some really nice fish, and I bought a beautiful big coral for just 20 bucks. The lady there was really nice.
 
i just wanted to share my experience and not badmouth the store itself. I wasnt offered any assistance and was treated rudely. Im sure this was just a coincidence and they run their store in the best possible way but these were just my observation.

New2NaCl: i think that its great that you found a coral for 20 bucks. being a LFS employee myself i just would rather experience great customer service. It doesnt matter to me if i dont find anything but if i walk out of a store feeling like i was a burdeon and not treated well then im not satisfied.

again i dont want to bad mouth the reputation of this LFS. I know the struggles it takes to run and operate a store and im sure my experience was coincidental.
 
We were in fishie business yesterday to pick up a brain that they were holding for me and she would not sell it to me because it doesn't look good. They got a shipment in last week that came in very cold and was afraid that it was not going to make it. (We where there when that shipment came it) I respect her for not making 20 bux from me and losing a sale. But she knows we will be back because she was good enuf to not sell it to us.

again i made it clear that im not bashing them. And there was a communication error i had previously worked at a LFS but cant now due to college. I was just sharing my experience with this store not bashing them. I have spoken with the owner about it and i truly believe it was a uncommon occurence.

actually read my last post.....the very last sentence in particular.....is that clear enough?
 
Lets not start down this road again guys, just let it go, LOL. BTW I have had good experiences there for what its worth. I think stuff like that is just going to happen. When we deal with people, we are bound to catch them on a bad day every once and a while. I know I have them. Take it easy everyone. ---The peacemaker.
