I am not sure what that one is for , mine only has a drain on the bottom, which connects to a 1 1/4 inch vinyl hose down to my sump, I return it with a 3/4 inch line powered by a Rio 2100 pump. No flooding

As long as the flow is high enough, it will keep the air out of the U tube. Power failures should have no ill effect on them.

Sadly my Orange spotted Goby jumped and went carpet surfing the other night and one of my mushrooms melted off the rock. Just turned to goo!

success rates on the electric flame scallops are also pretty dismal, do keep an eye on it in case it croaks.

The BTA Anemone is also going to be a tough item to keep healthy as the tank ages a bit. Good luck....

I see you're from North Dakota. You should check out the Sioux Falls Aquarium Society club board. If you ever come to your neighbor in the south, we have one great LFS (Oceans of the Midwest) that is a must see! Great selection, great prices! We also have a good selection of people that like to trade frags, which might help you with a "newer" tank and all.

ewaldm: thanks for the coment on the psuedos. I had to talk the LFS down from 90 to $75 to get it! It has some great feather dusters on it to that are hidden by the mushrooms.The one on the very top of the rock is the one that melted away on me yesterday.
Randall: The flame scallops were my wife. I know the succes raate on them and she still wanteed them. I figured they were better off in my tank getting the best care I could give them verses the LFS! The RBTA I got from a friend who rasies them and he stops in to make sure it is still doing okay! Just like a parent he is at times!!
