Looking like popeye? Should I dose spinach?

Hello everyone. Got a flame angel about 2 weeks ago. It originally came in a low salinity 1.017 with .15ppm Cu, if I remember right. I raised the salinity when I brought it home to 1.022 over the course of 4 hours. It was doing great.

Although, I did start to notice a bump appearing above the left eye. I took a note of it on 9/27. It does seem like it has gotten a tad bigger. Maybe it was a scratch. I don't know. Here are some photos below:

My tank parameters are:

Specific Gravity: 1.023
pH: 8.2
Alk: 179
NH3: 0
NO2: 0
NO3: 0
PO4: 0.25
Ca: 420

Back again...hopefully for the final count

Back again...hopefully for the final count

As of now, I netted the fish and quarantined it the night of the 10th of October. It is in a tank by itself, with parameters very similar to my previous post. Nightly I dose with antibiotics erythromycin, and do water changes every two days. Last night was my second water change, and until then it seemed like the eye was getting better, but now it seems like it is getting worse in just a day.

I felt really sad trying to take pictures of my fish, but it was a big net and I didn't keep it out the water too much. Here is what they look like:
