Looking to buy some frag plugs

To maximize the space in the frag tank and prevent frags from falling over onto each other or off my eggcrate shelves I have decided I need to purchase some reef plugs. I am torn between two varities show below

these now say they are precured but should continued to be cured and added gradually, does anyone have any thoughts/ideas on this?

Pro here is they are ceramic and I could mix and match plugs and disks. The boston aqua farms disks do not have the aprt that fits into the eggcrate, since I am trying to keep things from falling over the eggcrate function is important, but I would like to get a mix between the smaller and larger plugs/disks form whichever retailor I select,

The boston ones have a nub that goes down in the eggrate too.

Is the nub on the plaugs and the disks?

It looks like it is just on the plugs and I would like a variety of smaller lpugs and larger disks.
