looking to split a few corals

hey guys,

ive been eyeing a few pieces of coral locally that i honestly cant fit in my tank. im looking for either one or two people who want to go in either 50/50 or 33/33/33 etc to pay for it, then we can frag it up equally.

i have a few tools we could probably use, but if someone wants to do this and has a wet tile saw, that would be great as well. if not, im sure we can figure something out.

Can you provide some more detail of the pieces you are looking at and what the cost is?

id rather not say where/ which pieces specifically yet (although i will say once i have a few people i know are in), but i was looking mainly at acans, micromussa, chalices. obviously i dont plan on dropping a few hundred dollars in one day (although a few pieces were a few hundred dollars), but id like to try 1 piece and see how that goes. if everybody is happy, maybe we can try another.

first piece i was thinking of was between $70 and $100. so figure no more than $50 a person.

if anybody has been eyeing any other pieces, PM me and maybe we can discuss it. id be more than willing to split up a few acro colonies as well, but i haven't seen anything eye catching in awhile.

I dont know that i'm interested, but i do have a wet tile saw that your welcome to come use. It was very expensive and i like getting use out of it.

several other people were interested, so im looking for somebody that definetly wants in.

first coral is $70, so it should be less than $30 PP if we get 3 people. id like to do this this week if possible.

heres 2 pics of the piece we picked up, just in case people are thinking about getting in on this next time around. we got our eyes on a few more nice pieces. ive got to frag it up this weekend, but for only $20 a person, you cant go wrong. its getting fragged between 3 of us.
