looking to upgrade but have questions.

Hey All,
I currently have a 180 reef setup that is drilled. I would like to upgrade, and have found a used 240 ( not drilled ). for a great price.( Tank , Canopy , & stand for $300 .)I'm not sure if the glass is tempered or not..yet.
My questions are.

Can you run a quality reef setup without a tank being drilled?

Is the cost of possibly having it drilled gonna make it not worth buying ?

Would you upgrade for just 60 gallons more?

For $300 it's worth it. You can just leave as is with an external overflow.

Can anyone provide me the info on a Quality Overflow system?
Sorry I never did research on those types of systems. I'll keep searching on here and check back to this thread too.
