Loose Zoas

I bought some zoas from a lfs today and the are not attached to anything. Should i place them on a rock and will they attach themselves or do I need to glue them?

Glue them to any rubble rock, main rock or frag disk. you don't want them floating all over the place and can get pulled into skimmers or powerheads.

I gave it a try and it worked out ok. It was a little hard because it was basically a ball of polyps. I choose the side with a little space between them and applied the glue to the rock and zoas. I got a little messy with the glue and may have got a couple around the base.

Most of the polyps were open after about an hour in the tank though.
