Loosing all my fish ....

It started with me bringing home a hippo tang and not puting it through GT. I noticed ich one night after work and ran to walmart to set up a QT, treated my hippo with copper and feed her garlic soaked nori, after a few weeks she had great colors and the ich seemed to be gone, but her back Into dp tank. A week later my Scopas and blenny were scathing, treated the tank with "reef safe" kick-ick treatment. Fed with garlic regularly, did 10% water changes every week, everything seemed good, but Dory was going down hill even though she kept eating and her colors always stayed bright. One day my coral beauty dropped dead( I think he wasn't eating often, he was very anti social and never came to greet me like the other fish did when I fed) week later my pride and joy followed(copper band, he ate like a champ, more than any other fish) , I lost a yellow clown goby as well, velvet angel also just dropped dead in 2 days . I noticed my big clown had some cotton looking stuff all over him, I figured fungus ? I QT along with Scopas and hippo since they showed signs. Today I lost both tangs and the clown is fighting. I get home from a long night at work and my powder brown is COVERED in white spots, doesn't look like ich , I have no idea what it is. My foxface and blenny look fine, so does the engineer goby and my other clown. I feel like giving up since it is painful seeing my fish like this and loosing over $300 in less than a month.

Based on the timeline and behavior, you almost certainly have velvet. Unfortunately, you are most likely past the point of treatment. For your information, there is no reef safe treatment for ich and garlic has no value in treating parasites. My condolences. If you want to start again, read the stickies, develop a quarantine protocol, and follow it.
