I've had 9 clams in my tank for several years, with no problems. I have 6 maxima/crocea that I had to the top of the tank in the same location the whole time.I recently just lost the smallest 2, around 5-6 " each. It seems to start by them loosing thier foot, then a small spot on the mantel, then death. Looks like it might be going to the next smallest one. The largest clams on the sand bed, Gigas, Squamosa, Derasa, have all been fine. It also appears that the mantels are more contracted thean before.I did recently add a pink tail trigger, but have not observed him pick on any yet. Can't think of any other major changes, might be a hair more flow. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Todd
