Hi,

Maybe i misspellef the name of this zoa but thats how its called in belgium.

I have this now almost for 1 year but it seems it doesnt grow anymore??

What can be the problem ..

My tanks parameter are very good .

Alalinity is 8,3
Calcium is 420
Mg 1350
Phosfata is 0,03 hanne digital tested
Nitrate is 3ppm.

Hope you guys can help me here.

Hmm that could be what you say.

But when its closed i dont see any growth of the tisseu..

Very wierd. Because other buttons grow like madness

Nitrate is too low IMO. There seems to be alot of reefers trying to boost the nitrate a bit for zoa growth. Just been reading on here about guys leaving a filter sock for a while before cleaning it out. Could be some merit to this. A guy with a very awsome zoa thread has never recorded less than 15ppm nitrate usually double that.
