Losing fish, CBS suspect

Dangit, I've lost my leopard wrasse! No sign. I lost a small red wrasse a couple months ago, and lost a neon goby before that. I suspect my coral banded shrimp. It's 3 years old and very huge. I've heard of them grabbing small fish, and I think that's what's going on here. Next time I see him out in the open in the middle of the night, he's coming out! He's way too wide to fit into any trap, so I'll have to catch it out in the open, which doesn't happen often.
