Losing fish

I did a routine 10% change tonight and within a few minutes of completion, had a chromis die and a blue devil disappear. Now about an hour later our yellow tang is about dead also. Checked all the usual chemical levels and nothing is wrong. I also changed a filter sock and scraped some algae off of the back wall. Any ideas?
100 gal reef tank.

check the tds of your rodi output, and what are the "usual chemical levels"? we can't help if we dont know the test results

Sounds like a contaminant of some sort. However more information would help. Tank size, readings, etc. Saying everything is "normal" tells us nothing.

Tds = 0 at the rodi, ammonia = 0, nitrite = 0, nitrate = < 5, dkh = 7, ca = 400, phos =0.
Ended up losing the tang about 2 hours after the water change. Apex didn't report anything odd during the change (no big temp change or ph spike). I double-checked the salinity to make sure it matched the tank. All other livestock appear healthy as of this morning (clown, conch, crabs, banded shrimp).

Losing fish

Levels are Ammonia = 0, nitrite = 0, nitrate < 5, dkh =7, ca =420, phos = 0 and Tds at the rodi =0

you mentioned you had changed the filter sock. Could the new sock possibly have some sort of contaminate on it ? Had it been cleaned prior to putting in the DT? If so, with what?

Just got home from work and my blue devil is out and looks healthy. He disappeared during the water change last night and I assumed he died like the other two.
