Lost connection to Apex/will not re-connect

So I lost connection to the Apex while I was customizing my outlet setup. I was using a netgear WNCE2001 adaptor and has been working fine. I thought it was my adaptor but I put it on my Blu-ray player and the adaptor is working fine. When I try to connect it says it is rejecting the connection. Any ideas on this problem? I tried customer support and they are busy. I will try later and post if this gets fixed for other people who run into this.
 
Fixed. Not sure how but we worked through it. Now if I can figure out this whole dyndns thing. Such a hassle and never seems to work.

I can type the web address for the dyndns address and it comes up
