Nicole..sorry to go a little off topic in the thread..but what is the new reconfigured tank going to consist of? What new and exciting plans are in the making?

"Leather Lagoon"

A quiet sandy Indo-West Pacific lagoon, where small gobies can gambol among the seagrass (probably a looka-like stand-in.) More on that in some other thread later. ;)

Ok, I found the lagoon statement. Sounds neat!

I wish yor fire sale was a few weeks from now, I would hae pounced, I am waiting for things to stablize after the tank upgrade before adding anything else.

I may still have some stuff then, Bryan. After this round, I plan to watch the tank for a bit and be sure I still have enough filtration before going to the next phase. I may keep that stuff around until I am ready to pull everything out and put in the new rock. Since I plan to move the fish to a holding tank for a couple of months then, that won't be until the clownfish babies are ready for new homes, say 4-5 weeks from now.

I guess I had better get to finding the right new pieces of live rock and curing them! Ocean Pro Aquatics, here I come.

Jay, someone expressed an interest in the mycedium, but I have no reservation for it, so it's still up for grabs. LMK.

They are about 3/4" now and just getting their black lines around their stripes. They should be ready in a month or so. They have been prepared foods for a while, but not strong enough for the currents in reef tanks yet.
