loud 6105

I just hooked up my new 7096 mutlicontroller and two 6105's. One of the powerheads makes a loud clack everytime it starts up. When I look closely and compare the impellar movements between the two I notice the loud one has more shaft movement than the other. It tends to rest in a more forward position so when it starts it is thrust harder against the bearing between the magnet and the shaft seat.
Will this break in and quiet down or is this a potential problem?

BTW, the wave I have from just two of these is far bigger than I would have expected.

NM, I called my friend kenargo and he gave me all the pointers I needed.
I was running the powerheads from 0-100%. I reality, the wave was too big and my overflows didnt like it at all. Now Im running from 30-100% and the wave is plenty big still but not literally flooding the overflows to the point of full and lapping at the rim of the tank.
