I've not had a reef tank in a while, mainly because of my work and school schedule, which limits my time (and money) that I can allocate to my tank(s). Which is why my tanks are FOWLR at this time. I recently freed up my 150g tank (6' long) by re-homing my jumbo Queen trigger to another RC member who put her in a 1000 gallon tank. Anyhow, I'm thinking I want to do a low-maintenance, low-light tank that has few corals with live rock, live sand and a few reef safe fish. It will have a 29g sump/fuge that I am in the process of making. I will have flow via a Seio 2600 and an 820. Added filtration will be via a Fluval FX5. The only way this will not fly is my lighting, which is standard fluorescent lights, 6x55watters = 330 watts of light over a 6' tank. What types of corals (if any) will thrive in a tank like this? GSP's, Xenia, mushrooms?
