low magnesium? is it bad?

Only salt I put in the tank is when I do water changes. The white spots aren't bugs so I wouldn't think they are pods.

heres the polyps first thing in the morning. before the lights come on. the white spots in this pic are what im wondering about....I see them on another colony too. I have some white specs on the back wall of my nano too. any ideas?

can i ask what would happen if Calcium goes too high, i get it if its too low, but is too high a better outcome? i assume other problems come through?

focus on getting your ratios right. wrong is wrong either way

Go through the above articles on magnesium, carbonates and calcium and others. absolutely fantastic stuff. (yup I get excited about these things)
