On a lot of websites that sell Coral of various sorts, I'm always seeing the vague terms thrown around to show what type of lighting that specific type of Coral, Plant, or Whatever requires. I really have no idea what each is. I understand the definition of these words of course, but they're pretty open to interpretation.
Could anyone give numbers or specifics of any kind to help me out on both flow and light?
