Hi

The heat have started down here, and with the increase in temperature pH have go down, and i'm starting to woory pH is 7.68 right now, i live in an apartment and windows are always open, i'm dosing kalk in my ATO water and have a fuge and reverse schedule to DT.

Is that measure to low, should i start to worry and take some measures, or it's fine and should do nothing??

If i have to do something what can i do to increase pH gradually??

This my pH graph:

I'd first recalibrate the pH meter. But it is is accurate, I'd look to raise it. Aragonite (coral skeletons and such) can begin to slowly dissolve as you get below 7.7.

Raising it is best accomplished with fresh air for aeration, limewater, or a CO2 scrubber on a skimmer inlet.

Fresh air meaning fully open windows? If so that pH seems unlikely to be accurate and more aeration will bring it all the way back to 8.1 or 8.2. :)

I'll recalibrate my ph meter, but it drop down like that with the temperature raise, right now outside temperature is 91.4, room 85.46 and tank 83.3.

You did not close the windows and use AC when it got hot? That is why many folks in hot climates see pH drop in summer.

Same for us in colder climates in the winter. :)

I don't have AC for the house cause is really expensive to run full house AC down here. Ph probe was a little bit off, ph is 7.92 now, that's more reasonable to me.
