Low Ph?

My PH this past week dropped to 7.6 I added lime water (didn't see much of a difference) and went back down after about a day.
I added some more alkalinity and now that reading is 14. My calcium is 460. I do not run a calcium reactor nor is the tank a BB.
For my reading of the PH I am using the lab grade PH pen along with the Aqua Controller JR. Question here...it may be dumb, but adding ozone to the tank, will that make any difference?

By the way...the Alkalinity test was done using Aquarium Pharmaceuticals. I here that these tests like to give higher readings that what is actually taking place.

Limewater must be added every day and in significant amounts for it to be a cure for low pH. Adding 0.5 meq/L of alkalinity via limewater (about 1.25% of the tank volume in saturated limewater) will boost the pH by about 0.6 pH units, but the pH will fall again as more CO2 is pulled in.

Ozone will not help raise pH.
