LPS and flow rates

I recently increased the flow rate in my tank by using 2 korilia 4's and 1 korilia 3 (3200 gpw in total) Combined with the returns(1600) that gives me a total tank turnover of 45 times per hour.

Some of my corals are not liking this----frogspawn and gonipora are not opening up for eg

I know its alot in the positioning but should I also crank back the flow
What flow rate are other reefers using that have predominately LPS tanks

Mine seem to do better with low to no flow.I turned my MJ's off for afew days and they done very well.

In my 120, I'm running the vortech at full speed and a mag 9.5 return. If you figure that puts me around 3750gph total, that's just barely above 30x and you could easily do less.
