or will they sting each other?... the way i have the right rock structure set up in my tank is so that in about a year it will be a solid mass of bubble, torch, hammer, and frogspawn.

will this work or will they fight?

Strictly speaking the answer is no. Are there cases where it happens and all is OK? Yes there are.
