I have one exactly like this one but know nothing about it and the LFS didn't either

My guess would be a receded galaxia based on the colored tips on the tentacles.

Agree, what you can see of the skeleton looks like it too.

I have a galaxia and it receded once and looked just like that. Luckily its back full as ever. Ive seen galaxia come back from almost nothing before.
