Hi Jeremy,

I am a repeat PA customer - most recently ordering an Octo XP2000 and a few other odds and ends. My 90G Tech setup is nearly complete, and now I just need some more rock.

I've seen some of the pics and descriptions of some of your rock on the website, and it said to call or email with questions on the current rock in stock. So here is what I am looking for:
- Good amount of life and color
- Preferably cured, but OK if not. Tank is still empty with exception of live sand so I do need a bigger cycle
- Large and medium pieces of interesting shapes
- Minimal bad hitchhikers (mantis, gorilla grabs, aptasia)
- 80 lbs.
- Delivery this Saturday morning to 60188 (Chicago Suburb)

Could you please let me know what you recommend, and how much it would cost? Also, do you pack with heating packs when it is cold?

Hi,

From what you're describing I think I would recommend the Bali. It's going to give you the most character, with holes / caves, etc. for ease of stacking. It's also the lightest and most porous rock we sell, so you get the most volume per pound with it.

On the shipping, we can go standard UPS Ground have it the package to you the very next day. The only issue with this is that UPS does not deliver ground packages on Saturday. In order to get a Saturday arrival you would need to use Next Day Air, which is going to really jack the price up. If you can't do anything with the rock until Saturday I would recommend getting the shipment to arrive to you on Friday, then just leave it boxed up until the next day. This would be like having it shipped via a 2-day transit time, which is what the majority of our rock ships on anyways, and the dieoff is very minimal.

If I were to do UPS, I think it comes next day to 60188. I know the skimmer did. I think it comes in the afternoon, so it would be sitting on my porch in cold weather for a few hours before I can get to it. Is this OK? Also, could you PM me a quote, and do you have some recent pics of what is in stock? I am looking for a few larger pieces for my tech 90, but nothing too massive. Thanks much!

I think you will be just fine. We will pack with extra heat packs, inside a styro box, in which it will show up to you just fine. Give me a call today if you get time at 317-895-9005 and we can get it headed your way.
