I have a LT Anemone, who seems to be downward spiralling. I fed him a few days ago.. he deflated and as I read is normal to rid itself of waste. But then we had a 5hr power outage ( I am aware I need to buy a backup now). Anyways my anemone hasn't gone back to its huge self. Its turning a purplely color and keeps inflating (like 50%) and deflating.. its still attached and responds to light. Any help would be great

Until his mouth stays gaping open and consistent fluid / waste comes out of the mouth, I think you are fine. Also, if he detaches def get him out immediately and put in QT (even though he is probably toast at this point)

Any pics?

If it is turning purple, it's possible it was a bleached purple long tentacle recovering in your tank.

Here's some from this morning. . Looks a lot better
I've been reading that LT are supposed to be want sand.. this guy has never tried to get out of this spot I created for him on my live rock.. also his foot is very light in color but most I see on the web about LT their foot is red?

Eh, he does look a little rough. But as long as his mouth is closed, I'd leave him be. Just seems a little angry. Don't bother him and see what the next week holds.
